Jharkhand Board Exam Schedule 2024: A crucial announcement has been made for students preparing to take the Jharkhand Board Exam in 2024. The board has officially released the examination schedule, which can be obtained not only from the official website but also from the respective schools. The timetable provides details regarding exam dates and other pertinent information.

The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has unveiled the timetable for the High School and Intermediate Board Exams 2024. As per the schedule, examinations for both classes will commence on February 6 and continue until February 26. Due to the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections, the board exams are scheduled to be conducted a bit earlier, starting in February. The initial examination will cover vocational subjects for both the 10th and 12th classes.
Jharkhand Board Exam Details 2024
The last examination for Class 10 will be in English, while for Class 12, it will be in Political Science. The exams will be conducted in two shifts, with the Class 10 exam taking place in the first shift from 9:45 AM to 1:05 PM. Likewise, the Class 12 exam will be held in the second shift from 2 PM to 5:20 PM.
The examination will be administered through OMR sheets and written mode. Students will be required to mark multiple-choice answers on the OMR sheet, whereas other questions must be answered in written form. This protocol is applicable to both Class 10 and Class 12.
For the matriculation exam, students will also need to complete an online form, with the process commencing on November 16. Applications can be submitted without a fee until December 2. The application procedure for the Jharkhand Board Intermediate Exam 2024 is set to commence next week.
In the 2023 board exams, female students outperformed their male counterparts in the results of the Class 12 Commerce and Arts streams. Two students from Ranchi secured the first rank in both streams. Srishti Kumari from Ursuline Inter College topped the Jharkhand Board 12th Commerce stream with 480 marks, while Kashish Parveen was the Arts stream topper with 469 marks.
In the Science stream, a total of 81.45% of students passed the board exam. In the Jharkhand Board Class 10 results 2023, out of 4 lakh students who appeared for the exam, 95.38% passed. To successfully clear the Jharkhand Board Class 12 and 10 exams, students must secure a minimum of 33% marks in each subject and overall.
