AFCAT Recruitment Notification 2024
“The Indian Air Force (IAF) has officially released the AFCAT 01, 2024 (Air Force Common Admission Test) notification on afcat.cdac.in. This notification outlines the filling of 317 vacancies across the Flying Branch, Ground Duty (Technical), Ground Duty (Non-Technical), and the Flying Branch under the NCC Special Entry Scheme.

AFCAT 2024 Eligibility Criteria
Flying Branch: Applicants must secure a minimum of 60% marks in 12th with Mathematics and Physics, or attain a minimum of 60% marks in Graduation in any discipline. Alternatively, a minimum of 60% marks in BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent is acceptable. Candidates possessing Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India with a minimum of 60% marks in relevant subjects are also eligible.”
Ground Duty
Aeronautical Engineer – A minimum of 60% marks in 12th with Physics and Mathematics, and a minimum of 60% marks in Graduation/Integrated Post-Graduation qualification in Engineering/Technology. Successful completion of Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India in relevant subjects with a minimum of 60% marks is also required.
Administration
A minimum of 60% marks in 12th and Graduation or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Alternatively, successful completion of Sections A and B examination of Associate Membership of the Institution of Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India in relevant subjects with a minimum of 60% marks is acceptable.
Education
A minimum of 60% marks in 12th and a minimum of 60% marks in Graduation or equivalent qualification in any discipline. Post-Graduation/PG Diploma in the relevant field with a single-degree without permission for lateral entry is also considered.
Logistics
A minimum of 60% marks in Graduation or equivalent qualification in any discipline from a recognized university. NCC Special Entry
